New First Aid custom printed Dyneema & DTRS75 Zip Pouches!
Ultralight and highly weatherproof flat zipper bags made from either Dyneema composite fabric formerly known as Cuben Fiber or Challenge DTRS75 Fabric. Each bag is made with a YKK #3 waterproof zipper and the seams are sealed with Dyneema tape to make these as waterproof as possible with a sewn item. These bags are excellent for color coding your first aid kit and keeping the contents dry. 

Material Specs:

- Material: 1.43oz Dyneema® Composite Fabric or Challenge DTRS75

- Zipper: #3 YKK Aquaguard Zipper

- Grosgrain: Mil Spec Grosgrain pull taps

- Seams: Sealed with Dyneema seam tape.

Small: 4.5” tall, 6” wide, weight Dyneema 7.7g (0.27oz), DTRS75 9.8g (.35oz)

Medium: 6" tall, 8” wide, weight Dyneema 10.2g (0.36oz) DTRS75 12.6g (.44oz)

Large: 8" tall, 10" wide, weight 13.1g (0.46 oz)

So what's the difference between Dyneema fabric and DTRS75? Dyneema fabric consists of 2 mylar layers with a center reinforcement of Dyneema strands. The fabric is translucent so you can identify items inside. DTRS75 is made with a single mylar layer with a 50D woven ripstop polyester face. It's slightly heavier than 1.43oz Dyneema and non translucent. With a single thicker mylar layer it is noticeably louder than DCF, yet has a soft polyester exterior. It's main advantage would be the lower cost of the material vs Dyneema if your looking to save a few bucks.  

Although the Materials are waterproof and these products are highly weatherproof, and are not designed to submerged.

Items other than the zipper bag are not included and used for staging.
